The Branch Head is responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, business growth, and team management. This role ensures customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and achievement of financial targets while maintaining compliance with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive branch growth by achieving business targets and profitability goals.
• Identify new opportunities to acquire customers and expand the customer base
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to SOPs.
• Ensure accurate reporting and timely processing of financial transactions.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for team members.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries promptly.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients to increase loyalty and retention.
• Ensure the branch complies with all regulatory and internal policy guidelines.
• Manage risks associated with branch operations, including financial, operational, and legal risks.
• Monitor branch expenses and optimize costs to ensure profitability.
• Review and approve documentation for transactions, ensuring quality and accuracy.
