Job Summary:
The Branch in Charge (Delhi) is responsible for overseeing all branch operations within the region, ensuring that the branch meets organizational goals, customer service standards, and operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive business growth, manage teams, enhance customer experience, and ensure the smooth functioning of all processes within the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
• Branch Operations Management: Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and develop branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Customer Service & Relationship Management: Ensure excellent customer service is consistently provided by the branch.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, including health and safety standards.
• Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on branch performance.
• Marketing & Community Engagement: Promote branch visibility through local marketing and networking efforts.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• A bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Ability to identify problems, evaluate options, and implement solutions quickly and effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with clients, staff, and senior management.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail.

Pay: ?300,000.00 per month
