Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibility of overall management of branch
Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the branches in the region.
Responsible for revenue targets of the region
Lead a team of professionals in business development and customer retention and provide guidance to meet excellent customer service expectations.
Develop and implement strategies to expand client base and increase revenue. Identify opportunities for growth and market penetration while maintaining existing client relationships.
Maintaining excellent relationship with brokers and insurers
Maintain excellent relationship with OIC HO through constant liaison
Liaison with insurance companies and brokers in the smooth service delivery
Regular client meetings, tracking and reporting to HO
Empanelment of hospitals in that region and help in negotiating rates, closely interact with network management team in HO for closure of MoUs
Maintaining excellent relationship with hospitals for smooth cashless function. Attend review meetings of all large clients and ensure renewal of accounts.
Managing branch expenses and maintaining efficient spend.
Ensure that the branches operates in full compliance with all industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
Maintain a high standard of customer service by addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and handling escalations.
Strive to enhance customer satisfaction, nurture customer delight and thereby loyalty.
Foster a positive and productive work environment for the branch team.
Provide leadership, motivation and mentorship to team members to maximize their potential and performance.
Prepare regular reports on the branch's performance, financials and other relevant metrics.
Present the reports to top management and participate in strategic planning discussions.
Identify training needs within the branch and arrange suitable training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
Contant interaction with HO to address escalations.
Good understanding and familiarity with customer facing tools and applications. Inputs to IT on customer expectations
Collaborate with other branches, departments, and stakeholders within the organization to achieve overall company objectives and ensure seamless operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?1,500,000.00 - ?1,800,000.00 per year
