Position: Branch Manager (Micro Finance)

Location: Meerut

Position Overview:

The Branch Manager (Microfinance) will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a microfinance branch, ensuring effective management of resources, staff, and customer relations. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of microfinance principles, and a passion for community development.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth functioning and achievement of business targets.

Develop and implement branch strategies in alignment with organizational goals.

Manage, mentor, and motivate branch staff to enhance performance and productivity.

Monitor and analyze financial and operational reports to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and the community.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for staff.

Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.

Promote and implement financial literacy programs and community outreach initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in microfinance, banking, or financial services.

Proven track record in managing branch operations and achieving business targets.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In-depth understanding of microfinance products and services.

Ability to analyze financial statements and reports.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office Suite.

High level of integrity and professionalism.

Certification in microfinance or related fields.
