Overview: As the Restaurant Branch Head, you will be responsible for the overall operation and management of a specific branch of our restaurant chain. You will oversee all aspects of the branch's performance, including customer satisfaction, staff management, financial accountability, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Your leadership and strategic vision will play a key role in driving the success and growth of the branch. Responsibilities: 1. Operations Management: - Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and maintenance. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock of food, beverages, and other supplies. - Implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability. - Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards. 2. Customer Satisfaction: - Uphold the highest standards of customer service and hospitality, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all guests. - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. 3. Staff Management: - Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff, including servers, cooks, and other team members. - Set performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct performance evaluations. - Foster a positive work environment based on teamwork, respect, and open communication. - Address staff issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner, promoting employee morale and motivation. 4. Quality Control: - Ensure the quality and consistency of food and beverage offerings, following standardized recipes and preparation methods. - Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation. - Address any issues related to food quality, service, or cleanliness promptly and effectively. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management(3-4 years course) - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Fluent in English, Malayalam and Hindi is preferred. - Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
