limited or no intervention from Manager
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring prompt customer service & implementing various customer related
initiatives in assigned region.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring that the \xe2\x80\x98IRDA (Insurance Brokers) Regulations, that are in force are
adhered to in their respective area.
\xef\x82\xb7 Visit potential customers for new business
\xef\x82\xb7 Grow existing accounts and develop new accounts to meet sales and profitability
goals establish by the Direct-Sales Management
\xef\x82\xb7 Keep database current and accurate with target customer, current customer, and
future customer
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring that business targets are met month on month.
\xef\x82\xb7 Increase branch footfall and presence along with demonstrating excellent customer
service and setting an example for other staff.
\xef\x82\xb7 Support in initiating branch engagement and marketing activities and growth
campaigns.
\xef\x82\xb7 Performs other related duties as assigned.CANDIDATE BACKGROUND AND EXPECTATIONS:1. Direct sales / Agency sales background.
2. BDE should have marketing knowledge and have plans to execute the same.
3. Should have good customer Interaction and Customer Service skill.
4. Minimum 2 Years of insurance sales experience.
