Loan appraisal: Underwriting loans, including home loans and home equity proposals
Credit application: Managing the credit application process, from login to disbursement
Portfolio quality: Managing the quality of the portfolio
Post disbursement documents: Managing post disbursement documents and partly disbursed cases
File processing: Coordinating with legal, technical, FI, and Risk Containment Unit agencies for processing the file
Training: Training CPA, DMA, and DME
Vendor empanelment: Empaneling vendors such as legal, technical, Contact point verification agency (CPV), and Fraud Control unit (FCU)
Revenue generation: Building and managing a portfolio of mortgage loans to generate revenue and profit for the bank

Credit managers should have the following skills and experience:

A bachelor\'s degree in accounting, economics, banking, finance, or other related fields

Knowledge of analyzing financial statements including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash flow statements
