We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Credit Manager MBL to join our team.Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the credit operations of the branch, including credit appraisal, credit risk assessment, and credit monitoring.
• Evaluate loan applications and make credit decisions based on the bank's policies and procedures.
• Conduct thorough credit analysis and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate credit solutions.
• Monitor the credit portfolio and take necessary actions to mitigate any potential risks.
• Train and mentor junior credit officers to ensure efficient and effective credit operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely loan disbursement and recovery processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and make necessary adjustments to credit policies.

Education Qualification: Graduation - Any Graduate.Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience.
