CTC: Up to 5 Lakh per annum
Experience: 3-4 years in the recovery domainAbout the Company:

- Lead the recovery process for hard bucket cases, ensuring timely and efficient collections.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize recovery efforts while maintaining customer relationships.
- Monitor and manage outstanding cases, follow-up with customers, and negotiate repayment terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular updates and reports on collection performance and case statuses to senior management.
- Identify potential risks and suggest preventive measures to minimize bad debts.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in the recovery domain, preferably in an NBFC or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of recovery processes and legal procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle challenging cases with professionalism and tact.
- Proven track record of meeting collection targets and KPIs.
