Roles and Responsibilities:



Oversee the overall administration of the branch, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with company policies. Manage and support the sales team to achieve business goals, monitor performance, and implement strategies to enhance productivity. Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring business targets are met. Supervise day-to-day branch operations, optimizing workflows to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets, motivate the sales team, and analyze performance for continuous improvement.
