Job Title : BPO Trainer
Location :Mohali (day shift work from home)
Experience : 3-4 years
Salary : 25-30K
• Conduct onboarding training for new hires to familiarize them with processes, policies, and systems.
• Assess training needs through performance analysis, employee feedback, and operational requirements.
• Deliver training sessions focusing on soft skills, communication, conflict resolution, and product/service knowledge.
• Maintain training records and provide reports to management on progress and outcomes.
• Design, develop, and deliver training modules tailored to BPO operations, including customer service, communication, and technical support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
