Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Purpose/Essence of the role:



Conduct process audits, deploy designed processes, analyse & report Quality performance, Support and implement de-risking plans for processes, create and build visibility of risk quality initiatives, share and document best practices, resolve client complaints, participate in calibration processes.



Responsibilities : -

• Process Management: Provide implementation support for process improvement deploy improvement plan. Drive risk mitigation process improvement at engagement(s) level, act as point of escalation for all risk quality.
• Process Institutionalization: Conduct verification audits to identify gaps in compliance to QMS; Raise and follow up on closure of CARs (Corrective Action Report(s)), Monitor Deploy process verification methods transaction monitoring.
• Create engines for large-scale transformations and ensure implementation: Lead / participate in improvement projects; Collect and analyse data, conduct audits and provide insights on improvement opportunities.
• Designed and implemented a quality management training program for new hires, increasing departmental efficiency. Conduct root cause analysis for major defect occurrences, leading to the implementation of enhanced quality checks and process adjustments.
• Benchmarking with multiple models - bring in best-in-class practices, create platforms for sharing best-in-class practices: Deploy Best practices to achieve benchmark performance, share best practices followed in engagement at vertical and org. level.
• Improve business processes by reducing defects and errors, minimizing variation, and increasing quality and efficiency using six sigma and lean methodologies and tools
• Improvements based on structured feedback mechanisms. Support process owner to drive improvement plan for Quality Score at org. level, analyse, provide feedback and drive corrective and preventive actions



Skills Requirements:

• Graduation with 5-7 year of experience in quality domain
• In-depth knowledge of lean & DMAIC principles, Hands on Lean & six sigma experience across multiple domain knowledge
• Performance monitoring and data gathering & reporting
• Project Management skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Certified GB/ Trained BB: Quality improvement strategies
• Quality control team training and supervision
