Position\'s General Duties and TasksIn these roles you will be responsible for:
Maintaining, analyzing, and interpreting and reporting Healthcare Payer data
Continuously monitoring, identifying, and implementing the best practices, new tools, and methods in the field of metrics and reporting
Creating and implementing executive level reporting strategies
Aligning multiple organizations around difficult or complex solutions and issues in the field of metrics and reporting
Applying a broad knowledge of application programming processes and procedures to the completion of complex assignments
Focusing on systems architecture for global development
Providing advanced research, analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
Pulling data to develop recurring or one-time reports.
Maintaining databases, spreadsheets and other tools used in data analysis.
Locating and fixing errors in reports
Creating and delivering management dashboards and canned reports to support routine management oversight of business processes to ensure critical insight into exceptions and deliverables.
Ensuring the highest level of support and communication is provided in an efficient and courteous manner to client, including active involvement in deliverable outputs (when necessary)
Maintaining professional and trusting client relationships
Effectively addressing critical client issues and escalations
Effectively collaborating with BPO Operations Leaders, NTT Leaders to meet/exceed deliverables.
Identifying, recommending, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency, client service levels and financial results.
Requirements for this role include:
2+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries
2+ years of experience with data analysis and analytics
2+ years of experience with Tableau

Experience with predictive modeling
Hands on experience with python/R coding for data analytics
