Location: Remote / Work-from-homeKey Responsibilities: * Customer Support (Voice and Chat):

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing accurate information regarding products and services.
• Respond to customer queries via chat support, maintaining a friendly and professional tone at all times.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate problem resolution.
• Process orders, transactions, and requests based on customer requirements.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or team leader.
• Provide consistent support for existing customers, building positive relationships and ensuring customer retention.
• Product Knowledge & Upselling:

• Gain comprehensive knowledge of the companys products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Offer product recommendations or upsell related services when applicable.
• Maintain Records:

• Accurately log and maintain records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system.
• Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure their satisfaction with the resolution provided.
• Quality Assurance:

• Adhere to company standards and guidelines for customer service excellence.
• Ensure that all calls and chats meet the required quality metrics, including call handling time, response time, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions and periodic assessments to improve your skills.
• Team Collaboration:

• Work with team leaders and colleagues to share knowledge and best practices for enhanced service delivery.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with the team to contribute to the overall success of the project.

Skills & Requirements:

• Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and concise voice for voice processes and professional tone for chat support.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds. * Technical Proficiency:Basic computer skills with the ability to use messaging platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Office tools.
Familiarity with online communication tools (like Zoom, Skype, etc.) is an advantage. * Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions, often on the spot. * Time Management:Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Educational Qualification:Minimum of 12th-grade pass or equivalent.
