Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
Assist customers with their inquiries and provide accurate information
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system
Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure high standards of service
Continuously improve through feedback and self-initiated learning
Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive customer information
