Shift Timing: 7:00 PM - 4:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to clients/customers in the UK/USA/Canada markets.
• Handle recruitment and sales-related processes efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and proactive approach in all interactions.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Education: Must hold a degree in B.Tech, C.S.E, or IT (Computers degree is mandatory).
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role.
• Candidates with more than 5 years of experience will not be considered.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Attitude: Positive and proactive mindset.
• Proximity to Office:
• Must reside within a 12 km radius of the office.
• Alternatively, willing to relocate to nearby hostels close to the office location.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in voice process (outbound calling) for international markets.
• Interest in recruitment or sales processes .
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
