Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated BPO Executive to join our team in Thrissur, Kerala. The ideal candidate will have a minimum qualification of +2 or a degree, along with a strong command of computer applications.

Key Responsibilities:

?Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

?Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

?Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications:

?Minimum educational qualification: +2 or a degree.

?Strong proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).

?Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.

?Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and empathy.

?Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

?Previous experience in a BPO or customer service role is an advantage.

?Good typing speed and accuracy.

?Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
