Job Description
This job will be responsible for providing efficient customer support by resolving client problems over the phone on a daily basis. You\'ll take care of any problems that emerge so that we can provide full satisfaction to our customers. Salary : 13K - 25K plus lucrative incentives
- L1 : 13K-15K
- L2 : 15K-18K
- L3 : 18K-24K
- L4 : 25K +
- Customers should cultivate relationships with essential personnel.
- Ability to properly communicate over the phone.
- To ensure client satisfaction, schedule regular meetings with them.
- Handle all loan-related phone calls, both incoming and outgoing.
- Strong influencing skills.

- Good communication skills and knowledge,
