: Customer Service Representative - International BPO (US Process)

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: Up to ?35,000 + Incentives

Experience:

0-4 years experienced in BPO.

Role & Responsibilities:

Handle International inbound calls for the us process, providing excellent customer support.

Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism and efficiency.

Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Adhere to process guidelines, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance goals.

Shift Timings:

Rotational shifts.

Key Skills:

Strong communication skills in English.

Ability to resolve customer issues with a customer-centric approach.

Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.

Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and handle pressure effectively.
