Job Description

We are seeking a motivated BPO Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers to drive sales and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will utilize your communication skills to understand customer needs, provide product knowledge, and effectively close sales.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to promote products and services.
• Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
• Upsell products and services based on customer needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• High school diploma; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
