Responsibilities-
1. International Outbound calling process.
2. Update and maintain the CRM system.
3. Giving effective and reasonable solutions to the customers and clients.
4. Evaluating all relevant data to handle inquiries.
5. Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
Requirements-
1. Good English communications.
2. Open availability for 2 shifts:
AUS Shift - 5am-2pm ; UK Shift - 2PM-11PM
3. Monday to Friday (Sat. Sun. fix off)
4. Fresher or experience up to 1 year.
5. Experience in dealing with the public.
6. Graduate or Under Graduate.
7. Good computer skills.
8. Age limit - 28 years
