Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and fluent English-speaking BPO Executive to join our team and provide exceptional customer support for our Mobile and OTT video streaming service client. As a BPO Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience for our clients.
Roles and Responisbilities:
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming, account access, billing, or content availability.
- User Guidance: Assist customers in navigating the OTT platform, understanding features, and maximizing their experience.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and escalate critical issues to the relevant team for improvement.
- CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Knowledge Updates: Stay informed about platform updates, new content releases, and changes in subscription plans to provide accurate information.
- Handling premium customer only

Required Candidate profile
- Graduate
• 6 months experience in any voice/sales process is preferred.
• Good communication skills
• Good Desktop Handling skills.

Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
