In this role, you will: • Manage a team focused on process engineering initiatives, including building process sets and models
• Evaluate work to determine gaps, risks, and opportunities in order to prioritize design efforts and achieve maximum efficiency
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
• Provide clear and concise direction and training
• Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
• Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
• Lead team to achieve objectives
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Process Engineering
• Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications: • 4+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 2+ years of Leadership experience
Required Qualifications for India only: • Experience in Process Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Leadership experience
• Ability to manage RCSA backlog for SDI organization
• Dynamic individual who can manage diverse stakeholders
• Ability to represent GBPM team with Enterprise organisation.
• Black belt trained and proven track record of process improvements.
• People manager.
