Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures on various topics within the B Pharma curriculum.
Develop and implement lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning.
Assess and evaluate students\' performance through assignments, exams, and practical sessions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to students, supporting their academic and professional growth.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in the pharmaceutical industry to integrate current knowledge into teaching practices.

Foster a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
Assist in the coordination of laboratory sessions, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Offer academic support and counseling to students, addressing their individual learning needs and concerns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmacy (BPharma) from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant teaching or industry experience.
