Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven B.Pharma Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our diverse range of 15-18 Ayurvedic products to stockiest, chemists, and doctors across the region. This is a target-driven role offering substantial incentives based on sales performance, making it both challenging and highly rewarding.

Responsibilities:

• Presenting and demonstrating our Ayurvedic products to potential and existing customers, including stockiests, chemists, and doctors.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
• Achieving sales targets within specified timelines.
• Collecting and reporting market intelligence and competitor activities.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to execute promotional strategies effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma) or relevant field.
• Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with knowledge of ayurvedic products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with Delhi's pharmaceutical market and key players is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
