Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our IT services organization. As an HRBP, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and providing comprehensive HR support to our IT teams. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of HRBP experience, preferably within the IT services industry, and possess a deep understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and talent management.
Location: Hyderabad(in Office only, no WFH)
Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and challenges, providing strategic HR insights and guidance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that support business objectives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
Employee Relations:
- Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and performance issues while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions.
Performance Management:
- Assist in designing and implementing performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Collaborate with managers to identify high-potential employees and support their growth within the organization.
Learning and Development:
- Identify training needs within the IT teams and coordinate the delivery of training programs. Support career development initiatives by providing guidance on skill development and advancement opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Partner with the compensation team to ensure competitive and equitable salary structures and incentive programs for IT employees.
- Assist employees with benefit inquiries and provide information on company-sponsored programs.
HR Analytics:
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and insights, making data-driven recommendations to enhance workforce effectiveness.
- Prepare and present regular HR reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies within the IT teams.
- Provide guidance on HR policy interpretation and implementation.
Qualifications:
- Master\'s degree(fulltime) in human resources is a must.
- 2-4 years of progressive HRBP experience, preferably within the IT services industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
