We are seeking vigilant and assertive individuals to join our team as Bouncers at [Establishment Name]. As a Bouncer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining order and ensuring a safe environment for patrons and staff. Your strong communication skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the entrance and exit of patrons to prevent unauthorized access or disturbances
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure compliance with establishment policies
• Maintain a visible presence to deter inappropriate behavior or potential conflicts
• Handle difficult situations, such as enforcing house rules and resolving conflicts peacefully
• Escort unruly patrons off the premises when necessary, using appropriate force as outlined in company policies
• Collaborate with other security personnel and staff to coordinate responses to incidents
• Assist with crowd control during busy periods or special events
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address security risks
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid or assistance as needed
• Report any incidents, accidents, or violations to management and document them accurately

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bouncer, Security Guard, or in a similar role preferred
• Strong physical stamina and ability to remain standing and active for extended periods
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to maintain composure and make decisions under pressure
• Knowledge of legal guidelines for the area regarding alcohol service and security protocols
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in security or first aid is a plus
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
