Job Responsibilities:-
- Manage end to end HR Operations & Payroll related activities
- Manage day-to-day employee grievances/queries
- Responsible for streamlining processes by introducing automation to reduce errors and enhance employee experience
- Liaison with the internal and external (finance, legal, etc) teams to drive efficiencies
- Responsible for publishing HR dashboards and performance dashboards to senior leadership
- Involvement in statutory compliances and audit related tasks
- HR processes and polices for seamless management of employee lifecycle
Job Requirements: -
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong in MS Excel, Google Sheets - Keenness to work in an agile and evolving environment
- Analytical Approach and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to collaborate across departments
- Result oriented and ready to take ownership
- Must have a desire to make impact and high work ethics
- Excellent people management skills
