We're seeking a skilled and passionate Bakery/Borma Chef to join our team and help us create an exceptional range of premium snacks that embody quality, taste, and innovation. We are a snack manufacturing brand. The making will be done at your Borma. Freshers can also apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and produce a range of premium snacks, including but not limited to roasted nuts, baked items, and innovative snack products.
• Ensure all products meet Nut Nuss's standards for quality, taste, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment at all times, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Experiment with new recipes, flavors, and textures to keep the product line fresh and exciting.
• Manage ingredient inventory and monitor stock levels, ensuring the timely ordering of supplies.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Stay informed about current snack and baking trends, integrating new techniques where relevant.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience as a bakery chef or similar role in the food industry, ideally with experience in premium or health-oriented snacks.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, handling, and storage, with strict attention to hygiene.
• Creativity and passion for high-quality ingredients, with the ability to design visually appealing, premium snacks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet production deadlines.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and grow with the brand.

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
