Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BOQ professional, located in Hyderabad. The BOQ (Bill of Quantities) professional will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and ensuring accurate material lists. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with design teams, attending site visits, preparing detailed documents, and verifying quantities against project plans. Additionally, the professional will be required to liaise with suppliers for material procurement and assist in budget management.

Qualifications

Experience in preparing detailed cost estimates and analyzing project specifications Skill in preparing and verifying material lists and BOQ documents Proficiency in liaising with suppliers and ensuring procurement of quality materials Ability to collaborate with design teams and manage budgets effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for BOQ preparation Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field Previous experience in the interior design or architecture industry is a plus
