Bootloader Engineer Work Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Coimbatore/Trivandrum/Pune Experience: 2 - 8 Years Introduction : The engineer will be responsible for development and integration of Bootloader/FOTA SW and documentation for Automotive ECU\'s.The engineer must be able to understand various automotive OEM requirements and implement the Bootloader/FOTA requirements. Proficiency in MCAL Configuration (IO, MEM, COM, MCU) Embedded C, IOHW/CDD Development experience Complete SW development workflow (AUTOSAR PFSW experience) Development of Bootloader software for various product lines Understanding of the specification from OEMs, estimation and implementation on product-line platform Interactions with Product-line teams and basic-software platform teams Maintenance of delivered Bootloader software Desirable to have the knowledge of Bootloader support for Cyber Security Single point of contact for technical queries for the assigned product-line Guiding and mentoring the team. Communicate with peers to coordinate Hardware and software development. Competencies and Experience: Minimum 3-8 years of industry experience for Bachelor in embedded system designs, preferably in automotive industry Expertise in C and C++ Working experience in Bootloader software development, Boot Manager, Updater. Communication protocol: CAN/CAN-FD or LIN OR J1939. Knowledge on Automotive domain - CAN, Diagnostics( UDS, KWP 2000), Ethernet, DOIP Knowledge of tools/scripting languages like, CANoe, CANanlyser, CAPL, PERL Wireshark Good knowledge on MCAL driver Integration and configuration (EEPROM, MCU, SPI, CAN, Ethernet PORT, DIO, GPT, PWM, Flexray) Autosar Diagnostic modules (DCM, DEM, CanTP) sw configuration and development using autosar specific tool like: Davinci Configurator eb tresos. Experience in handling build environment like makefile, linker files, batch file etc. and solving building issues. Experience in Cybersecurity package integration and FOTA Good knowledge on Flashing sequence Knowledge of integrating basic software Knowledge of Autosar architecture. Having good storage concepts like NVM, FLASH, EEPROM etc. Embedded software de-bugging skills Good problem-solving skills Passion to work on different microcontroller and develop low lever drivers Bachelor or master\'s degree or equivalent in Electronics Communication Engineering or mechatronics or equivalent.
