Roles & Responsibilities:
• Airbnb & Resort Booking Management: Oversee bookings for service apartments and resort, ensuring seamless check-ins/outs, cleanliness, and guest experiences.
• Booking Coordination & Software Management: Manage reservations across platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb), update rates, availability, and promotions.
• Maintenance Coordination: Ensure timely repairs and regular inspections to maintain top quality facilities and safety standards.
• Inventory & Purchasing: Manage stock levels for cleaning supplies, toiletries, and consumables; negotiate with suppliers for timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Marketing & Sales: Execute digital and offline marketing strategies, manage social media, and attract new customers to increase bookings.
• Sales & Customer Engagement: Convert leads into bookings through personalized service and negotiations on rates/packages.
• Customer Feedback & Satisfaction: Collect and address guest feedback, resolve complaints, and implement suggestions for improvement.
• Channel Partner & Rate Management: Maintain accurate listings on partner sites, manage rate parity, and adjust pricing for optimal occupancy.
