Job Description

:Job Purpose: To manage the BOMs deployed for planning and production for entire portfolio and control the associated input costs (RM/PM) by optimizing the RM / PM inputs in BOMKRA:

• Responsible for managing active strokes used in master planning and actual production
• Responsible for ensuring the production on least cost formulations with least cost RMs.
• Coordinate with Technology function on development of new formulations/ optimization of RMs in existing formulations
• Work with plants and procurement team to deploy cost saving formulations (efficiency projects )
• Work with procurement team on site-RM level, country level costings
• Appraise purchase on production/financial impact of any changes in BOM proposed
• Design, build and manage the systems for managing the BOM building from master formulations
• Design and develop alternate raw materials and packing material management systems , Costing systems
• Support on Capacity expansion projects
• Manage Standardization of products
• Develop and maintain the master database relevant to role
• Work with inhouse IT team and vendors for upkeep of IT systems
• Work on upgradation / enhancement projects
