Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, understand their repair needs, and inspect vehicle damage. Prepare detailed repair estimates using relevant software and share with customers and insurers. Coordinate with the body shop team to schedule repairs and ensure timely job completion. Maintain clear communication with customers regarding repair status, timelines, and cost. Liaise with insurance surveyors, process approvals, and manage claim documentation. Ensure quality checks are conducted before vehicle delivery to customers. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, estimates, and invoices. Promote additional services or upgrades when appropriate. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
