We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Body Shop Advisor to join our team at Vinayak Ford. The Body Shop Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking repair services, ensuring they receive exceptional service and clear communication throughout the repair process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and assess their needs for body repair services.
• Provide detailed explanations of repair processes, timelines, and costs to customers.
• Prepare and present estimates for repair work, ensuring transparency and clarity.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and quality control.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles during the repair process.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in managing the body shop schedule to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Process insurance claims and work with insurance adjusters as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repairs, and estimates.
Experience: 3 Years
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
