Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring vehicle body repairs.
• Provide accurate estimates for repair work and clearly communicate them to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance procedures and ensure compliance.
• Manage customer expectations by providing regular updates on the status of their vehicle.
• Handle administrative tasks, including processing payments, maintaining records, and scheduling appointments.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Promote additional services and products where appropriate.
