Job Summary:

Eakansh Motors,

an authorized Maruti Suzuki Arena dealership, is seeking a

Bodyshop Advisor

to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries related to accident repairs, co-ordinating with insurance team, managing repair processes, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Customer Handling:

Greet Customers and understand their vehicle repair needs. Explain the repair process, estimated cost and timeline. Ensure customer satisfaction through regular updates on repair progress.

2.Job Estimation and Insurance Co-ordination:

Inspect accident-damaged vehicles and prepare job estimates. Co-ordinate with insurance companies for claim approvals. Ensure accurate docuentation and follow-up on claim processing.

3.Workshop Co-ordination:

Assign repair jobs to technicians and monitor work progress. Ensure timely availability of spare parts for repairs. Maintain communication between customers and the workshop team.

4.Quality and Compliance:

Ensure repairs meet Maruti Suzuki standards and quality guidelines. Conduct final inspections before vehicle delivery. Maintain proper documentation and records for all repairs.

5.Customer Satisfaction and Retention:

Address customer queries and concerns effectively. Provide post-repair follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. Promote additional services like extended warranty and service packages.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

Diploma/Graduate in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.

Experience:

1-3 years in automobile bodyshop services (Freshers with good technical knowledge can apply).

Skills:

Strong Communication and customer-handling skills, knowledge of automobile body repair, insurance claims and job estimation, ability to work in a fast-paced service environment, Proficiency in MS OFFICE.
