Job Description

:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee customer interactions during bodyshop repairs to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and record necessary customer details accurately.
• Identify customer concerns and required repairs, while addressing mobility needs effectively.

Preparation for Appointments:

• Manage bay availability for scheduled appointments and walk-in customers.
• Prioritize job schedule following Audi India guidelines.
• Coordinate technician, tool, and parts availability for efficient repair processes.

Reception and Job Order Management:

• Retrieve and manage customer orders, aligning identified jobs accurately.
• Provide transparent advice on repair scope, time, and estimated costs to customers.
• Offer additional products and services, confirming job orders and organizing mobility solutions as needed.

Repair Execution and Coordination:

• Liaise with insurance/leasing firms for accident/leased vehicle repairs.
• Monitor repair progress, obtain authorization for additional work, and ensure adherence to timelines.

Quality Assurance and Vehicle Return Preparation:

• Ensure all requested work is completed satisfactorily, conducting final checks before vehicle return.
• Notify customers of any delays in repair completion and finalize invoices with consideration for warranties.

Vehicle Return and Billing:

• Verify customer identity, explain completed work, and detail invoice charges accurately.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and readiness for customer pickup, providing guidance on future maintenance needs.

Customer Satisfaction and Complaint Handling:

• Take ownership of customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and delivering exceptional service.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors and local partners to enhance service quality.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and directives.
• Fulfill any additional duties assigned by management to support business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in the automotive industry, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and processes is preferred.

Salary Range:

• The salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
