• Estimating costs : Providing accurate cost estimates for body work and repairs
• Scheduling : Scheduling appointments and managing repair timelines
• Quality control : Maintaining quality control and inspection policies and procedures
• Documenting : Documenting repairs, parts, labor, and charges
• Post-service follow-up : Following up with customers after completion of services to ensure satisfaction
• Vehicle cleanliness : Ensuring vehicles are clean and ready for delivery
• Service invoices : Ensuring service invoices are clear and precise
• Customer payment : Posting customer payments to work orders
• Customer signature : Obtaining the customer's signature on the repair order
• Credit approval : Obtaining credit approval if necessary
• Dispatcher notification : Notifying the dispatcher of incoming work
