• Provide Building management services in accordance with the service guidelines at per client producers and policies
• Receiving on clients and escorted in to assigned places
• Complete BMS management entry on the system and information to the respective stake holders
• Reporting - Prepare daily / weekly reports on call status. Prepare monthly report on recurring calls and other visitor management history.
• Ensure all BMS system are in healthy condition.
• Ensure all BMS related informations & call details should be shared in to client as per polices and process
• Provide assistance to the team all BMS related activities / key management if required.
• Contribute to the Monthly Management Report to client
• Participate in Emergency Evacuation procedures including crisis management and business continuity.
• Manage all Health and Safety issues and actively participate in Health and Safety reviews.
• Perform other duties as required by client
• Work closely with Engineering and Facilities in relation to the completion of work orders/ contractor management and agreed operational procedures

• Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands.
