Do you have a passion for invention and self-challenge ?The RoleEDU to take charge of a multi-disciplinary team to design traction and auxiliary energy storage systems for railway applications including introduction of advanced chemistry cell technologies. He manages the resources required to execute design engineering activities of energy storage solutions domain: functional description, system engineering, system architecture, power design, mechanical design, thermal design, battery management, embedded software, schematics & apparatus, harness & wiring, safety & reliability, simulation and prototyping, processes, methods, type testing and validation, routine testing, product integration with vehicle and warranty performance. He/she supports consistent development of competencies required for this domain, following the right methodologies and tools. He/she ensures the application of the standard processes in this domain.On a day-to-day basis, domain leader is part of a multidisciplinary working group from tender to project closing stage and maintains a privileged relationship with train design, engineering teams, suppliers (external and/or internal), procurement, manufacturing, and services.
