- BMC Control-M Administration.Job creation in SAP, MFT, Application Integrator module
- Hands on experience with Control-M version 9.x or higher
- Have experience in scheduling, monitoring, and administrating Control-M in a large corporate environment.
- Implement complex scheduling requirements and setting up Control-M calendars.
- Implement changes/tasks and incidents in the support queue and driving problems to resolution within SLA
- Perform root cause analysis of problems encountered.
- Co-ordinate with the support groups to resolve issues.Willing to work in 24*7 shift, Team Player, Good communication skills.
- On call support and handling issues as per business priority.
- Basic knowledge of Unix shell scripting and PowerShell Script
- Understanding of ITIL framework and processes.
