Positions : BMC Chemist / Center Incharge (Milk center Incharge)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Knowledgeable Bulk Milk Collection Chemist to join our team. Ideal candidate Responsible for quality of milk collected from dairy farms. Maintaining Compliance & Industry Standard & Regulations.

• Location : Jabalpur & Pan India

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct Chemical & Microbiological analysis of bulk milk samples to Ensure Quality & Safety.
• Monitor & Evaluate Milk Quality parameter Including Fat content protein level & Microbial load.
• Ensure Complain with Food safety Regulations & Industry standards.
• Providing Training and Guidance to collection staff on proper sampling and handling techniques.
• Prepare reports on milk Quality trends & Communication Finding to management.

Qualification & Requirement :

• Fresher ITI , IDD Bsc( Agriculture , Dairy science).
• Bachelor Degree in Chemistry Dairy Science , Food Science or related Field .
• Previous Experience Milk Testing or dairy chemistry is prefered.
