Roles & Responsibilities (KRA) :- Plan, develop and implement SEO strategy.- Communicate to Team leader/Project Manager, clients, team, and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and results.- Manage a team of SEO Specialist/Executives/Link Builder- Perform technical SEO Audits, backlink analysis, competitive analysis on a clients website, identify problems, and implement solutions in a timely manner Keywords/Content gap analysis- Experience with creating SEO friendly URL structures, schema, sitemaps, robots.txt & GSC indexing errors, Internal linking creating events in GTM- Develop and implement link building campaigns including Competitor Backlink Gap analysis and Backlink audit. - GMB Optimisation- Come up with strategies & POAs for the account performance. Proposal, KRA, CRO suggestions- Experience with local, national & eCommerce websites. Basic development skills, which are required for SEO in Wordpress, Shopify etc. - Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings- Monitor and evaluate web analytical tools, dashboards, and reports in order to develop andrecommend SEO strategies. - Stay up to date on the latest search engine algorithms update/changes & SEO trends- Coordinate with other departments as Content, Web development Social Media, etc. - Monitoring daily reports of SEO Executive in ZOHO projects.
