Roles and Responsibilities :

Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent for non-IT positions, including but not limited to roles in sales, marketing, operations, finance, HR, and other functions. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Job Posting: Create compelling job descriptions, post openings on various job boards, and manage candidate responses. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise on competitive compensation packages. Candidate Engagement: Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
