Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Blue Collar Recruiter to source, screen, and place candidates in manual labor and skilled trade positions across industries like construction, manufacturing, and logistics. You will work closely with clients to meet their staffing needs while maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Screen and interview candidates for fit and qualifications.
• Match candidates with appropriate job openings.
• Communicate with clients to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain candidate records and ensure compliance with onboarding procedures.
Requirements:
• 1+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in blue-collar industries.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and recruiting processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
