Blown Film Extrusion Operator
Job Description
We are looking for Mono-layer Blown Film Extrusion Operator for our Client.Location- Any in IndiaQUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma/UG in Plastics Technology or other related courses.
Experience - 2 to 8 years' experience in operating blown film extrudersRESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate the blown film extruder and manufacture high quality film rolls as per stated requirements.
Be involved in the production planning process and provide insights to optimize the plan. Also ensure sufficient materials are available for current and future manufacturing orders.
Perform quality testing and ensure product is within customer specifications.
Identify faults and carry out basic maintenance activities.
Report all quality, production and maintenance issues to your supervisor.
Inspect the film as per testing methods and for defects to ensure that product is according to specifications.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
