The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a strong command of language, and the ability to create compelling and engaging content across various platforms. To write the Academic content & Social Media marketing for a Specific brand. Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Saturday, 10:00a.m. to 7:00pm. Hours may vary on occasion, depending on workload. Second Saturday Holiday. Pay Fixed Pay Starts at Rs. 20,000 per month, along with additional variable pay and performance bonuses based on achievements and targets met. Work Location Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Req. Qualification: Post Doc/PhD/Master\'s degree or expertise Req. Experience:
- Conduct research and brainstorm topic ideas for blog posts that align with our brand, audience, and marketing objectives.
- Craft well-structured, compelling, and clear blog posts that resonate with our readers, delivering valuable insights.
- Edit and proofread blog posts meticulously for grammar, punctuation, style, and coherence, ensuring top-notch, error-free content.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and competitor content to stay ahead and identify fresh content opportunities.
- Monitor key blog performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, to gauge content effectiveness and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Continuously refine and optimize our blog content strategy based on audience feedback, performance analytics, and content marketing best practices.
- Creating and maintaining a Social Media Marketing editorial calendar, with targeted topics outlined for different dates, as well as a plan for where and how that content will be shared
- Researching, writing/producing/outsourcing all sorts of content production (written, image-based, video, etc.)
- Compiling and uploading content, then tracking its performance across the many different Social Media networks, and the wider web (via forums, social bookmarking sites, etc.)
- Generate effective Social Media Influencer Marketing campaigns, whereby powerful social users are turned into brand advocates who promote the brand\xe2\x80\x99s products, services, etc.
- Proven track record as a Blog Writer, Content Writer, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing published blog posts or writing samples.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, coupled with a firm grasp of the English language and grammatical conventions.
