We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Developer to design, develop, and deploy blockchain-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in blockchain technologies, smart contract development, and decentralized applications (dApps). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust, scalable, and secure blockchain systems that meet our business and technical requirements.





• Blockchain Architecture Design: Design and implement blockchain architectures, protocols, and frameworks tailored to project needs.
• Smart Contract Development: Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts using platforms like Ethereum, or similar. Ensure smart contract security and efficiency.
• Decentralized Application (dApp) Development: Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) for various use cases, including finance, supply chain, and identity management.
• Blockchain Integration: Integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems and applications. Develop APIs and services to enable seamless interactions between blockchain networks and external systems.
• Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology and propose new solutions or improvements based on emerging trends and technologies.
• Code Quality and Documentation: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Develop comprehensive documentation for blockchain solutions and processes.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of blockchain networks, smart contracts, and dApps to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, and other developers to define requirements, deliver features, and resolve technical issues.
• Security: Implement best practices for blockchain security, including vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, and ensuring secure coding practices.

Core/Must have skills


[3-5] years of experience in blockchain development with a proven track record of building and deploying blockchain solutions.


Blockchain Platforms: Proficiency in Ethereum, Polkadot, Solana, or similar blockchain platforms.


dApp Development: Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and web3 libraries (Web3.js, Ethers.js).


Smart Contract Languages: Experience with Solidity, Vyper, or other smart contract programming languages.


Blockchain Tools: Familiarity with development tools such as Truffle, Hardhat, Remix, and Ganache.


Cryptography: Understanding of cryptographic principles used in blockchain technologies, such as hashing algorithms, public/private key pairs, and digital signatures.


dApp Development: Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and web3 libraries (Web3.js, Ethers.js).


Version Control: Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.


Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks or projects.


A proactive attitude and a passion for blockchain technology and innovation.


Good to have skills


Certifications: Blockchain certifications (Certified Blockchain Developer, Blockchain Expert, etc.) are a plus.


Additional Experience: Experience with layer 2 solutions, cross-chain interoperability, or enterprise blockchain solutions.
