About Blissclub :

Blissclub is a community first consumer brand crafting insanely comfortable activewear for the women of India. Founded in 2020 by ISB alum Minu Margeret, Blissclub has raised $18 Mn till date, latest, Series A of $15 million in May 2022 led by Eight Roads Ventures and Elevation Capital. This fundraise, one of the largest ever Series A round by an Indian direct-to-consumer brand, comes less than a year after Blissclub raised $2.25 million in seed funding from Elevation Capital in May 2021.

Responsibilities :

Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (on-site)

- P&L ownership of the category : Be the CEO for one of our fast growing and exciting category

- Sustainably Grow the Category - Develop short term and long term strategy for our existing category portfolio/new extensions/new launches

- Own Product Strategy and Implementation : Liaise with various cross functional teams teams product conceptualization, sourcing, supply, GTM, NPS

- Create Solid Internal Category Intelligence Loops across research and data science for category landscape deep dives, market trend forecasting etc Whatever it takes to create India\'s winning & breakthrough categories in women fitness over the next 5 years

What you need :

- 3+ years of relevant experience in category management with e-commerce, FMCG or startups

- Problem solving, with data backed decision making

- Understanding of the different levers in a category P&L

- Ability to prioritise, get things done and deliver

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to deliver shared objectives

Blissclub was founded in 2020 by Minu, because she couldn\'t find great quality activewear where the fit, functionality and feel were just right. Designing technical apparel for movement requires a deep understanding of the problems faced by the wearer and we at Blissclub are spearheading a revolution to design with intent and for everybody.

India is the world\'s fastest growing activewear market with the women\'s segment contributing to a majority of the growth.
